OpenAFS 1.2.10 for WinNT/2000/XP available

OpenAFS 1.2.10 for Windows NT, 2000 and XP is now available for download
from the openafs.org web site and in the openafs.org AFS cell.

Note that this installer does not support what InstallShield calls
"eastern" languages as the builder did not have the east language pack.
(zh_TW, jp_JP, ko_KR, and zh_CN)

Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. If we are able to
provide these, an update will be made available.
