OpenAFS 1.4.8 release candidate 3 available

The OpenAFS Gatekeepers announce the availability of the third release 
candidate for OpenAFS version 1.4.8.

A number of changes to improve Rx behavior as well as other bugfixes are 
present, including to directory handling code on Linux when fakestat is 
enabled; Additionally, there are fixes to prevent deadlocking mmap for 
files larger than the cache on Linux.
