OpenAFS 1.6.1 release candidate 1 available

The OpenAFS Gatekeepers announce the availability of the first release 
candidate for OpenAFS version 1.6.1.

Included are bugfixes to the fileserver which prevent possible data
loss, as well as changes to Rx, additional Linux kernel version 
support, MacOS client shutdown-time fixes, and numerous other bugfixes.
