This note is to announce a new Gatekeeper.

The Council of Elders have voted to add Ken Dreyer as a additional Gatekeeper to focus on OpenAFS documentation and the web site.  Ken is an AFS administrator at the U.S. Geological Survey in Denver, Colorado.

For the last year he has been developing a replacement for the www.openafs.org that will be a significant improvement.
