OpenAFS 1.6.4 release available

The OpenAFS Release Team is pleased to announce the availability of OpenAFS
version 1.6.4. Source files and available binaries can be accessed via
the web at:

or via AFS at:

   /afs/grand.central.org/software/openafs/1.6.4/
   \\afs\grand.central.org\software\openafs\1.6.4\

OpenAFS 1.6.4 is the next in the current series of stable releases of OpenAFS
for all platforms except Microsoft Windows. Important changes include:

 * Support for the latest Linux kernels, 3.9 and 3.10
 * Fixes for a variety of errors identified by Coverity and Clang static analysis
 * Many other bug fixes on both clients and servers
 * Configurable file server sync behavior
 * OpenBSD 5.3 improvements

Please note that the release number 1.6.3 had to be skipped for technical reasons.
