New OpenAFS 1.2.7 RedHat RPMs available

New OpenAFS 1.2.7 RedHat RPMs are now available for download from the
openafs.org web site and in the openafs.org AFS cell.  These RPMs are
compatible with the most recent RedHat update kernels for RedHat 7.3 and
8.0.

Thanks to Derek Atkins for these RPMs.
