OpenAFS for Windows 1.3.8201

OpenAFS for Windows 1.3.8201 is now available for download from the
openafs.org web site.

1.3.8201 corrects a regression introduced in 1.3.8200.  If MIT Kerberos
for Windows is not installed on the machine, 1.3.8200 will result in
instability of the operating system including explorer.exe and
winlogin.exe crashing.

The OpenAFS gatekeepers apologize for any inconvenience this may have
caused.  It is unfortunate that this problem was not caught during the
test cycle.
