OpenAFS 1.3.87 released

OpenAFS 1.3.87 is now available for download from the openafs.org web
site.

For Windows, 1.3.87 is the new stable release.  This release improves 
persistent cache validation, and includes improvements to freelance client 
(dynamic afs root) mode.

For UNIX, 1.3.87 is the latest version in the 1.4 release cycle.
It includes several Linux client fixes as well as portability changes.
