The AFS Light Gateway does not work if the Microsoft Loopback Adapter is 
being
used.  As far as I am concerned it is not actively supported although I 
am not aware
of any reason why it should not still work.  (Although, SMB AUTH will 
probably
fail to authenticate gateway connections.)
