new daily builds

I have uploaded a new set of daily builds which fix the small number of 
issues
which were raised this week in 1.3.66.

In testing Asanka and I also found some additional object types which were
not being properly reference counted.  The side effect was invalid memory
accesses when all the servers associated with a volume were offline.  There
was also a deadlock situation which could occur where the servers would 
never
be brought back online.  Both of these items have been taken care of in 
these
builds.

Please test.  Hopefully 1.3.70 will be issued early next week.
