cklog on AFS for Windows

I am trying to add a user from one cell to one of my pts groups on another 
cell.  I have discovered that he needs to obtain cross-realm 
identification before that's possible, except I can't find any help info 
on the 'cklog' command *anywhere* and I don't know if it's even possible 
to do from the Windows interface.

Can someone point me to documentation of this feature, or the 
nonexistence/impossibility thereof?

The AFS client version is 1.3.63 on Windows XP.
