Visual C++ 6 patches

I have built the latest CVS with Visual C++ 6 and it works.

The patches are trivial -- the main problem being that you
need to use 3 import .lib files (adsiid.lib, shell32.lib,
uuid.lib) from the older platform SDK instead of the XP SP2
SDK -- the MSVC 6 linker doesn't like the new ones.

Will you accept the patches or do you insist on dropping
Visual C++ 6?
