You have also described in your previous bug reports errors during 
compilation which I do not see on any platform.  The vctoolkit2003
version 1.1 release is the identical compiler version provided in
VS.NET 2003.  The compiler I use to build the OpenAFS.org releases.

You might want to see if there is something else in your machine's
environment which is causing problems.
