Please keep the discussion on the list so others can benefit from your

You have 1.3.73 installed.  Add a registry value

	HKLM\SOFTWARE\OpenAFS\Client   IoctlDebug (REG_DWORD) = 1

Then when you have the problem attempt to obtain tokens from the
command line.  Send me the output.
