2004-10-25 daily builds: SysName Fix and Digitial Signing

A bug slipped into the 1.3.7300 release which affects the ability to 
read the SysName value from the registry.  This is not considered to
be a serious enough issue to warrant a new formal release announcement
but I have uploaded a new set of daily builds which fix the problem.

Something else that I experimented with for these builds is code 
signing.  Every .exe, .dll, and .cpl file in the release has been
digitally signed with a certificate issued by MIT to [email protected].
In addition, the NSIS and the MSI installers have also be signed.
