OpenAFS for Windows (like the Unix client) evaluates each @sys name in 
order until either it finds one that matches or the end of the list is
reached.

fs sysname returns the ordered list.

A request that has multiple @sys entries will not guarrantee that the
same name is used throughout.  There is no way to do that.  Each 
directory level is evaluated independently of the previous components
of the path.
