With the release today of the major new OpenAFS for Windows release, 1.3.80:

The 1.3.80 is important for several reasons:
* it is the first release to pass an extensive set of stress tests
developed by the MIT IS&T Pismere team.
* it is the first release to contain support for Cache Manager
debugging
* it is the first release to provide a persistent cache of accessed
data.
