pre-1.3.81 available for testing

Folks, I have uploaded a build dated today, 20050330, to

   /afs/athena.mit.edu/user/j/a/jaltman/Public/OpenAFS/

   http://web.mit.edu/jaltman/Public/OpenAFS/

This build fixes a number of bugs which have been uncovered through
the on-going stress testing at MIT.  The fixes include the usual:

  * deadlocks

  * reference counting

  * missing function calls during error handling

Today's builds complete all of the stress tests we currently have
available.  I expect to publish a 1.3.81 build over the weekend.
It would be useful if those of you with time could bang on today's
builds just in case.  :-)
