Not to pick on you but this list is being used too
often for end support questions.   The appropriate mailing
list for end user support questions is [email protected].

Now in order to debug your issue you are going to need to
read the release notes, follow the debugging openafs instructions
and capture trace log data while attempting to access your volume.

Can you access other volumes in your cell and not just your volume?

Can you access your volume when you do not have tokens but can't
when you do?

Use the "fs trace" command to obtain trace log data and please
re-post your query with additional details to openafs-info.
