problem with file open for read-only

Hello,

we tried openafs 1.5.14 (winxp with sp2), but we have a problem
and I would like to know this is a knowned problem or just appear 
in own system...

If we open for read-write a .doc or .xls file then (from other computer) 
we couldn't open this file for read-only! 
If first open for read-only, and second open for read-write, then it's OK...

I don't understand this...
