Need a favor - could someone please test fs.exe, vos.exe, pts.exe, etc

It has come to my attention that many of the command line utilities do 
not work
for example I know that  fs whichcell, fs mkmount, fs rmmount do not 
work. I'm
sure many others do not work either. 

Could someone spend the time to generate a list of which commands and 
options
work or not? 

When testing parameters which require paths please test:
    * relative path
    * relative path with drive letter
    * absolute path
    * absolute path with drive letter
    * UNC path with submount    \\afs\home\...
    * UNC path with cellname       \\afs\athena.mit.edu\....
