Visual Studio 2008 (VC9.0) works for me. Must be used with SDK 6.1 and an equivalent or newer WDK. As I have indicated previously, VS2003 is what is used for 32-bit builds since those need to work on Windows 2000. VS2005 is only used for 64-bit builds.
