AFS CLIENT 1.7.2300 / Windows data access problem

Hello,
I'm trying to put apache htdocs directory into afs mount on windows. E:\htdocs
apache cannot start on report error this error.
( if I put htdocs directory into ntfs partition C:\htdocs, there's no errors )
