Hello Adithya,

I do not see any mistakes in your proposal, but information on
the milestones to create swig based bindings would be helpful for the
mentors to evaluate the proposal.

The deadline is tomorrow, April 19th, so please make your application
on the Google Summer of Code site as soon as possible. You will need
to register on summerofcode.withgoogle.com as a contributor and then
submit your pdf.
