FreeBSD 5.0 kernel module

I just checked in the Makefile changes needed to get a kernel module built
for FreeBSD 5.0.  I have not tried running it yet, and it's unlikely to
work.  I will also be testing with FreeBSD 5.1 soon.

I also moved the kernel module from src/libafs/STATIC to MODLOAD.

As always, let me know if I broke anything for 4.x.
