Biggest help will be testing on 4.x.  I'm going to install 4.9 so I can
smoke test, but someone needs to run it daily to make sure it works.

Also, you can thank Garrett Wollman more than me.  The diffs are his.  I'm
just doing integration and minor cleanup.
