Re: kernel 5.0.3 openafs issues in fedora linux

There were three patches needed to get openafs to build on a Linux 5.0 kernel.  They were merged into the master openafs-stable-1_8_x branch sometime mid January and are included in 1.8.3-pre1

Hello,

I'm having trouble getting openafs to work in fedora 29 with kernel 5.0.3-200.fc29.x86_64

This is how it fails on kernel module build. Does anyone know if there is a patch to get around this error?
