Ubuntu 24.04 LTS got kernel 6.14 breaking ppa:openafs/stable

Hello,

today, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS got kernel 6.14.

The OpenAFS package in noble updates has patches for 6.14: 
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openafs/1.8.10-2.1ubuntu3.4

Unfortunately, if you have ppa:openafs/stable configured, 
1.8.13-1~ppa0~ubuntu24.04 has a higher version number and is used, but 
OpenAFS 1.8.13 does not have patches for kernel 6.14 and dkms fails.

Ubuntu Plucky Puffin and Questing Quokka have 1.8.13.2 with patches for 
6.14: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openafs/1.8.13.2-1ubuntu1

Maybe these can be used for the PPA until the next OpenAFS release?
