I have finished running the LSB-VSX test suite from The Open Group on opengfs-0.3.0 (single node). It uncovered two system crashes, both of which have been added to the OpenGFS bug list. The first is an ASSERT when using OpenGFS to host a loopback device file (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=905403&group_id=34688&atid=412037). I was able to work around this problem and get the test suites to run by moving the loopback device file to a non-ogfs filesystem. The second is a kernel NULL pointer dereference oops in ogfs_plock_act(). I have fixed this problem, and attached the patch to the bug report (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=905511&group_id=34688&atid=412037). With the work-around and patch, the LSB-VSX test results were identical to those of a run on an EXT3 filesystem. -steve ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: IBM Linux Tutorials Free Linux tutorial presented by Daniel Robbins, President and CEO of GenToo technologies.
