Hi all,

After checking in code today, I went back and enabled the deadman stuff
(changed some #if 0s to #if 1s), and guess what ... Both nodes mounted
fine and were able to read the filesystem.

I encountered a problem, though, with dismount causing an ooops in
glock_cb(), being called from other_node_die().

I need to stop for today ... Will keep plugging tomorrow.
