BKM: 

I added a new return value (DLM_BLOCKED_ORPHAN) to dlmlock() for
supportting SAF AIS lock api. When your lock request is blocked by a
orphan lock, DLM_BLOCKED_ORPHAN will be returned instead of putting your
lock request to waitting/converting queue, and the site id and pid of
the holder of the orphan lock will also be returned from LKSB. Is that
what you want?
