Mailing list improvements

I have just deployed a new mail server that should eventually
significantly reduce the amount of spam sent to the SFS mailing list.
It may take a few weeks to work out the bugs fully, though the
software has been pretty stable in the first few hours at least..

This message is sort of a test to see if legitimate mail still gets
through.  It also serves to announce the change to subscribers, since
people have long been requesting that something be done about spam to
the list.

If for any reason you have trouble sending mail to the list, please
let me know directly.

P.S.  If this works to reduce spam, I'll be releasing a cool new mail
server in a few months...
