Ok, apparently (/var/log/messages or sfscd -d) sfs starts with no problem.
I've installed RedHat8 (kernel 2.4.18-14) with NFS3 support, and portmap is
running.

When I do a "cd /sfs/@sfs.fs.net" it quickly prints that the directory does
not exist not sending anything over the network.
Do these precompiled binaries work in Linux? I suppose I should try
recompiling the source and see.

Particularly, what I want to do is use LBFS capabilities/features of SFS,
because I plan to use quite low bandwith connections.

Thanks,
Juan Carlos.
