Linux with -L

In case I haven't posted this before, Linux >= 2.6.9 (maybe earlier, who 
knows) appears to work fine with -L to disable the Linux-specific 
workarounds.  I've been using it that way for several weeks and haven't 
noticed any strange behavior.  Evidently, the Linux kernel guys have 
finally fixed their broken NFS code. :)
