guidance through installation

Hi, 

I'm working on A system called INS/twine ( which basically depend on chord (
need SFS for compilation ) , the linux version platform is redhat 9.0, but
as I follow the instruction in the SFS web page , it looks as if it didn't
work and come with errors.

Would kindly guide me through the installation .
