Note: SourceForge downloads are all currently returning "200 OK" and
an HTML document containing this message:

"We're sorry -- the Sourceforge site is currently in Disaster Recovery
mode, and currently requires the use of javascript to function.
Please check back later."

Also, if you use https:

"ssl.CertificateError: hostname u'downloads.sourceforge.net' doesn't
match either of 'cloudfront.net', '*.cloudfront.net'"

So, anything hosted there can't be downloaded for now.
