Hi Yosif,

the problem is probably caused by a missing <archive extract="Debug" ...> in
the DLL feed, telling 0install which subdirectory in the ZIP archive to look
for.

The "New Feed Wizard" automatically sets that, but the "Add missing" does
not (yet).

thanks for your answer. 

I followed the instructions step by step and everything works fine. 
My WPF app starts normally but when it try to call some method from the dll
I receive error message. Please  look at attached image.
I attached also the solution. It's a really simple.
