A new version of FeedLint has been released. It is currently marked as
testing.
You can get it like this:
0launch --not-before=0.9 http://0install.net/2007/interfaces/FeedLint.xml

The --not-before part won't be necessary anymore once the release has been
marked as stable.

You can tell 0install to always use testing releases like this:
0install config help_with_testing true

I run the refresh command  and works fine. 

Is there any way to check my feeds under Windows?
Like http://0install.net/feedlint.html  for example.

the feeds worked fine on my machine.

Perhaps an old version of the feed (missing the ID) is in the cache and Zero
Install is still using that. You can force an update like this:
0install run --refresh http://localhost:4447/wpfClient.xml

that is strange. The error message indicates that the id attribute is not
set on the <implementation> tag but it looks fine in the feed you sent me.
Could you perhaps send me all three feeds and ZIPs so I can test the
complete setup?

I have another issue with ZeroInstall. 
I have WPF application and it depends on dll(lets called it A) and A depends
on another dll(lets called it B).
Something like that:

WPF ->A dll -> B dll

I tried to create feed file for A but I received errors again. 
Please look at attached image and feed file.
