Update Hombrew install instructions on the web site

Hi all, I’ve just tried to install Zero Install using Homebrew as described on the web site <http://0install.net/install-osx.html>, and found that it doesn’t work. Zero Install is now actually a Cask <http://caskroom.io/>, so the correct way to install it is to install Cask first, and then run "brew cask install zeroinstall". I wanted to create a patch for the web site, so I cloned the repository as described here <http://0install.net/dev-site.html>, but master doesn’t seem to be in sync with the actual website, since there is no Homebrew section in "install-mac.xml”. Maybe someone forgot to push some changes? Or are the web site development instructions out of date? Either way I’d like to know how I can contribute patches or pull requests for the web site.
