Thanks - I've applied the first four. Note that most of the settings
in the make-release script are "legacy": when using 0repo, the only
one you need is PUBLIC_SCM_REPOSITORY.

For the last one, is there some other way to pass --set-released=''
(this removes the "released" attribute from the new Git branch)?
