0repo 0.4 is now out:

0repo provides an easy and reliable way to maintain a repository of
0install software for others to use.


Changes since 0.3

- Redesigned Catalog stylesheet (Bastian Eicher).

- Include a 0repo user-agent header (Tim Cuthbertson).

- Don't require GPG key to be a symlink. Some servers (e.g. GitHub
pages) don't support symlinks, so don't complain if the user replaces
it with a copy.

- 0repo serve: allow serving files that live under archives/ (Tim Cuthbertson).

- Allow duplicate archive name if contents are identical (Tim Cuthbertson).

- Added scp upload example.

- More extensive documentation on the Git sync option.

- Added .gitignore (Bastian Eicher).


Windows (Bastian Eicher):

- Make Git dependency explicit on Windows.

- Handle backslash as directory separator on Windows.

- Use portable_rename to support Windows.

- Fixed handling of non-ASCII characters in commit messages on
Windows. See http://bugs.python.org/issue1759845

- Use file copy instead of symlink for key files on Windows.

- Use os.getcwd() instead of os.path.samefile() on Windows.
os.path.samefile() is not supported on Windows.


Bug fixes:

- Do not crash on interactive questions when stdin is unavailable
(Bastian Eicher).

- Fixed handling of xml:lang attribute. We generated a binding
xmlns:ns="http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace", which is illegal.
Reported by Bastian Eicher.

- Fixed writing XML with non-ASCII characters. Error was:
  File ".../0repo/repo/incoming.py", line 189, in process stream.write(new_xml)
  UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xe4' in
position 528: ordinal not in range(128)
