Seems there's a certificate problem:

Plan:

- test: Compile 0.2 (.)
   - boost: Use existing binary 1.59.0 (Darwin-x86_64)

No dependencies need compiling... compile test itself...

If I remove win-bash part I get:
Can't find all required implementations:
- /Users/iljah/0inst-test/bash.xml -> (problem)
     No known implementations at all

I'm on OSX and also have macports. I couldn't just give a path to runner
as 0install complained about a missing interface.
