That seems reasonable. Note that we're mainly using 0repo now rather
than 0publish for signing.

Ah, I see that wasn't on GitHub. I'm moved it over now, so you can make a PR:

There seems to be an extra debug print in it.

It would be good if new code worked with 0repo/0template/0release
rather than 0publish.
