I have seen this, but it only happened once for me so wasn't sure if
this was worth investigating. How did they manage to blow up a simple
redirect to 15kb :-) (well, maybe some HTML body they're sending along)

So in theory as a workaround, if people can't update to the fixed
0install version right away, it would help if the archive exceeded 15kb.

Maybe I can make that happen. Can tar archives be padded with trailing
binary zeros, or is that going to cause problems?
