Re: 0Compile Gnu Hello example doesn't work on windows

I gave running "0compile http://0install.net/tests/GNU-Hello.xml" on Windows
another try.

@Thomas You were right: On the second run the call to
_download_with_external_fetcher wasn't needed anymore and the bug was
thereby avoided.

However, it now fails with "sh: No such file or directory" (see below for
full output). Anybody got ideas how to debug this further?
