repo.roscidus.com new maintainer

Hi,

Just to let you all know that Bastian Eicher has volunteered to be an
admin for http://repo.roscidus.com. This should help clear the backlog
of PRs there (https://github.com/0install/repo.roscidus.com/pulls)!

Bastian has also provided some new hosting for the archive. It was
previously being hosted on an FSF server via the Sugar project (since
2009 - thanks!), but that creates a bit of overhead as we have to find
a sponsor from Sugar whenever we add a new admin. We also thought
about hosting it on GitHub pages, but we're using some Apache
mod_rewrite trickery to make the feed URIs look nicer and GitHub pages
doesn't support that.
