Progress in AqBanking OFX-backend

Hi,

With my local modifications of LibOFX I'm now able to ask a server for a list 
of manageable accounts via AqBanking ;-)

Tonight I will have to finish support for the jobs GetBalance (retrieves 
account balances for given accounts) and GetTransactions (downloads 
transaction statements)...

Please let me know whether my modifications to OfxAccountData are acceptable 
(I also implemented setting of these fields in ofx_container_account.cpp).
