Latest changes...breaks AqBanking

Hi, all.  I recently made a couple changes.  The last 2 will break
AqBanking.  Note that there may be some more changes in this area
shortly.  I'm finally putting this all back into KMyMoney and
implementing account request.  In so doing, I've noticed some slight
problems with my library implementation.

The app version is a required change for some banks.

Changes:
* Upgraded the app version for OFX Requests (some banks are denying
  the old version now)
* Moved bank & broker ID's from OfxFiLogin to OfxAccountInfo, which is
  more accurate
* Renamed a couple AccountType enums to be consistent with the others
