It should be painfully simple.  It's just moving two members from one

When I originally moved the code into libofx, I didn't change KMM at
all.  There was really no pressing need to do so.  Now, I'm removing the
direct connect from KMM and using libofx for it.  In the meantime, my
understanding of the OFX protocol has advanced significantly.

It's also now really clear to me how to present the bank setup to the
user using the accountinfo request and fetching the XML's on-demand from
the FI partner server.

This would be useful.  KMM will shortly depend on the CVS version of
libofx if a user wants direct connect.
