Thanks, Matej.  I think this may actually be a libofx bug, though.  I
will look into it.  I don't know (currently) how libofx goes about
finding the DTD file.  From the output attached to the bug it looks like
it has a limited search path, and that debian installed it somewhere
else.  My guess is that there's some other way we're supposed to find
the DTD that we're not doing.
